Why was this project initiated?
Construction is hard. Tons of tasks, different material choices and contractors. Besides, it consumes a lot of precious time. This all motivated us to implement long-standing engineering expertise with creative architectural solutions into:
We have developed a fully portable solution. Modern and urban Brvnara 27 is gross 27m2 (9 x 3m). It has a bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. You can install it in your yard in the city or in the countryside, in your plot, meadow, on the mountain by the river or the sea. It is ready to support all your on-grid or off-grid adventures. Also, Brvnara 2700 can be your work space, as well as space for rent and a source of additional income.

Interior’s space main characteristic is openness and connection of areas.In the sleeping area there is a large double bed. The living room is equipped with a dining table and a sofa. The kitchen is done to the full standard. The bathroom is also done to the full standard with all the elements and connections. It can comfortably accommodate up to four adults.
Brvnara 27 is made of top quality materials. Foundation is made of stainless steel. The facade is made of the highest quality material acetylated wood Accoya. Brvnara 27 can be purchased in two different finishes, Nature and Color Gray.
Everything is completely ecological. The interior is entirely made of wood. The floor has environmentally friendly and energy-efficient underfloor heating.Window and door frames are made of aluminum. Specially designed shutters will create enough privacy and effective protection from the sun. Brvnara 27 has electrical, water, heating and sewage installations. The bathroom has top quality ceramics. Brvnara 27 is ready for living, working or adventure. Easy to install. Brvnara 27 is delivered by a truck and unloaded with a crane or a forklift.
